The way he delivers the rhymes is heavenly to listen to. Before I start to outline all the rhymes, I would like to mention his almost godly flow.

Once again, it doesn’t do the song justice to take small sections of the single versed song, and hope that the can represent the entire piece. However from this point on, it seems as if MF DOOM is going through the entire dictionary looking for an unending amount of rhyming words. In the first 6 bars there are moderate simple rhymes. This is due to the bottomless pit of rhymes that MF DOOM provides on a silver platter to the listeners. As I mentioned this song is incredibly intricate. This guitar riff is very ominous and sounds very peculiar, a style that MF DOOM can truly embody. The beat that plays throughout the song uses another sample from Lonnie. The song starts off with a quick descending chord progression originally created by Lonnie smith in 1967, it then incredibly smoothly flows into the “actual” beat. Figaro in my opinion is one of the most intricately pieced together songs off this album. However towards the end of last year they officially released the song titled “Avalanche”, which made people think that there might be an upcoming album. This is the only album that the two have released together. Figaro is the 14th track on the album titled Madvillainy. Madlib himself has and “alter-ego” known as Quasimoto, Lord Quas or simply Quas. Madvillain is a duo group made up of MF DOOM and the famed producer Madlib. Today I am reviewing Figaro by Madvillain. As I mentioned, MF DOOM and his aliases, will not be stranger to this review blog.
